Why I chose to pick this spot
I wanted the church to face the campus. I felt like this was a good location because it is close to the resident halls and close to the entrance and vehicular circulation. It also adds nicely to the pedestrian circulation.
I oriented the main chapel so the front and back would be in line with east and west.
